古人云“百善孝为先”。当最基本的社会伦理必须要靠一部法律来维系时,舆论惊呼“我们的社会到底怎么了”?当靠法律来促使儿女回家探望老人时,这到底是社会的进步还是倒退?而实际上很早的时候国家就制定法律规定带薪探亲假,1981年3月6日第五届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十七次会议批准的《国务院关于职工探亲待遇的规定》第三条规定了职工探亲假期:(一)职工探望配偶的,每年给予一方探亲假一次,假期为30天。(二)未婚职工探
