电石是化学工业中的一个传统行业,在化学工业的发展中曾作出过很大贡献。作为电石法聚氯乙烯、氯丁橡胶等产品的重要原料,目前在我国仍有一定的市场和空间,但其大量消耗资源、能源,环境污染严重的问题则一直是业内的普遍困扰。本文推出的“高炉冶炼电石”技术即能解决这一难题,为电石生产开辟新的途径。此技术为无消耗能源、无污染型的零排放技术,切合当前循环经济的发展方向。
Calcium carbide is a traditional industry in the chemical industry and has made a significant contribution to the development of the chemical industry. As an important raw material for calcium carbide, chloroprene rubber and other products, there is still a certain market and space in our country. However, the problem of serious resource consumption, energy and environmental pollution has always been a common problem in the industry. This article introduced “blast furnace smelting calcium carbide ” technology that can solve this problem, open up new avenues for the production of calcium carbide. This technology is no-energy, pollution-free zero-emission technology, in line with the current development direction of circular economy.
