目前有很多工厂,由于工具使用得不合理,因而工具过早損坏的情况很严重。 現在把我了解到的一些不合理使用工具的事例写出来,讓大家看看。一、在使用刀具时,发現刀刃鈍了还繼續使用,一直用到鈍得不能再用了,才拿去修磨。由于鈍得厉害,修磨时就得多磨去一些貴重的刀具材料,同时修磨时間与砂輪的消耗也增加了,这是很不合算的。要想刀具的使用的时間長,就得一发現刀刃用鈍了,马上就修磨。
