目的探讨单纯肥胖青少年C3及CRP水平变化与血管弹性的关系。方法选取符合单纯肥胖标准的肥胖青少年261例,和健康志愿者237例,检测BMI、血浆中CRP、C3水平、颈总动脉波强W1、W2、血管弹性参数β、Ep、AC的情况。结果单纯肥胖青少年C3、CRP升高亚组与20~29岁(C2组)、30~39岁(C3组)2年龄段健康人的上述各项测值统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,血浆中CRP、C3水平和颈总动脉W2及血管弹性参数β、Ep呈正相关,与血管弹性参数AC呈负相关。结论测定血浆中CRP、C3水平、颈总动脉波强W2、血管弹性参数β、Ep、AC可有效的评价青少年肥胖的风险。
Objective To investigate the relationship between changes of C3 and CRP levels and blood vessel elasticity in simple obesity adolescents. Methods Twenty-one obese adolescents with simple obesity criteria and 237 healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study. BMI, plasma CRP, C3 levels, common carotid artery wave intensity W1, W2, blood vessel elasticity parameters β, Ep and AC were measured. Results There was a statistically significant difference between the above three values in the simple obesity adolescent C3, elevated CRP subgroups and the age groups of 20-29 (C2) and 30-39 (C3) 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that plasma CRP and C3 levels were positively correlated with carotid artery W2 and vascular elasticity parameters β and Ep, and negatively correlated with vascular elasticity parameter AC. Conclusion The determination of plasma CRP, C3 levels, common carotid artery wave intensity W2, vascular elasticity parameters β, Ep, AC can effectively assess the risk of adolescent obesity.
