本文针对我国农村电子政务建设的生态系统失衡现象,以生态系统优化为方法提出了我国农村电子政务的优化标度和优化策略,即:建立资源共享机制和有效监督机制,以突出我国农村电子政务生态系统的公共性,进行生态位的宽度识别与组织变革,以提高我国农村电子政务生态系统的适应度;实现治理模式转型,以增强我国农村电子政务生态系统的有序度;加快技术改造与创新,以促进我国农村电子政务生态系统的增效性;改善生态环境、以实现我国农村电子政务生态系统的可持续性。
In this paper, according to the ecosystem imbalance in the construction of rural e-government in our country, the optimization scale and optimization tactics of rural e-government in our country are put forward by the method of ecosystem optimization. That is to establish resource sharing mechanism and effective supervision mechanism to highlight the rural e-government The publicity of ecological system, the identification of the width of ecological niche and organizational change in order to improve the adaptability of rural e-government ecosystem in our country; the transformation of governance mode to enhance the orderliness of rural e-government ecosystem in our country; Innovation in order to promote the efficiency of rural e-government ecosystem in China; improve the ecological environment in order to achieve the sustainability of rural e-government ecosystem in China.
