棉铃虫在朝阳地区过去没有系统资料。作者通过两年的试验观察,初步摸出了棉铃虫的生活习性和我出比较有效的防治方法。棉铃虫在朝阳地区一年发生三代,幼虫老熟化蛹在寄主根部附近20厘米左右处。6、7、8月下旬是药剂防治适期。防治棉铃虫要采用综合防治办法,人工捕杀成虫结合化学药剂杀死幼虫效果高。
Cotton bollworm in the Chaoyang area in the past there is no systematic information.
