WYl60型全液压挖掘机是由我厂和一机部天津工程机械研究所共同研制的多用途全回转挖掘机,为我国单斗液压挖掘机系列型谱中的一个新产品。该机的工作装置主要是正铲,根据作业需要可以换装反铲、抓铲和起重等多种工作装置,适用于建筑、水电等工程Ⅰ—Ⅳ级上壤的开挖以及中小型矿山的剥离和采矿作业。当装设加宽型三筋履带板时,可供一般沼泽地施工使用。该机于1980年由我厂试制成功,其样机经过整机性能测试和1000多小时工业性考核,性能与基本参数均达到了设计
