针对半实物仿真方式在复杂装备维修训练中的需求,提出了一种基于系统功能属性的环节及传递关系建模方法,模型的应用对象主要面向半实物仿真建模。从系统功能到端口特性映射的角度出发,分析了模型的建模思路、基本模型及故障模型的构建方法,以实装部件半实物仿真建模为例,建立了相应的环节及传递关系模型与故障模型,实现了故障的注入及半实物仿真。该建模方法的提出为复杂系统半实物故障仿真提供了一种新的途径。
Aiming at the demand of hardware-in-the-loop simulation in complex equipment maintenance training, a method based on system function attributes and transfer relation modeling is proposed. The object of the model is mainly semi-physical modeling. From the perspective of system function to port characteristic mapping, this paper analyzes the modeling idea of the model, the basic model and the construction method of the fault model. Taking the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of component assembly as an example, the corresponding links and the relation model Fault model, to achieve fault injection and semi-physical simulation. The proposed modeling method provides a new way for semi-physical fault simulation of complex systems.
