角膜移植术是防盲治盲的重要手段。为扩大角膜来源,不断有学者进行异种角膜移植之研究。在供体选择、组织学观察方面有所进展。但免疫反应仍是影响异种角膜移植的主要因素。为探讨异种角膜移植术后免疫系统变化特点及发生排斥反应的机理,我们以鸡对兔异种板层角膜移植为实验模型,动态测定了受体手术前后特异性体液免疫和非特异性细胞免疫状态,报告如下。
Corneal transplantation is an important means of prevention of blindness. In order to expand the source of cornea, there are some scholars who carry on the research of different kinds of corneal transplantation. Progress has been made in donor selection and histological observation. However, the immune response is still the main factor affecting the heterogenous keratoplasty. To investigate the characteristics of the immune system and the mechanism of rejection after heterogenous keratoplasty, we used the heterogeneous lamellar keratoplasty of chicken and rabbit as the experimental model to dynamically determine the specific humoral and nonspecific cellular immune status before and after the recipient surgery, The report is as follows.
