1986年8月7日,南岭铁路管理所梅田食堂供应早餐时,将隔夜米粉仅炒热出售,造成进食者7人发生食物中毒,经流行病学调查和细菌学检验,证实为蜡样芽胞杆菌污染了米粉所致。中毒者于进食后1小时内发病,主要症状有胃部不适、恶心、呕吐、头晕和腹泻,无发热,病程一天,经当地卫生所治疗皆痊愈。从致病餐食品米粉和中毒患者呕吐物中均分离到蜡样芽胞杆菌;从患者的呕吐物中测得本菌菌数为(/)2×10~5/克。鉴定:(1)镜检呕吐物和米粉中菌体形态
