对5例右心室永久和临时起搏器电极导管进入途径异常及困难进行了报道与分析.认为除术者操作技术外,病人的静脉选择是其根本因素.特别是经髂外静脉途径插入电极导管和埋植起搏发生器均复杂于锁骨下静脉法,但可避免血、气胸和损伤锁骨下动脉.
