分析ＧＢ／Ｔ３４２８—１９９７与ＧＢ３４２８—８２、ＹＢ（Ｔ）１３—８３技术标准相异点，明确新标准特点，结合本企业多年生产实践，指出该标准宣贯过程中应注意及值得探讨的技术问题。
This paper analyzes the differences between GB / T3428-1997 and GB3428-82 and YB (T) 13-83 technical standards, clarifies the characteristics of the new standards, and combines the years of production practice of the enterprise, points out the technologies that should be noticed and worth exploring in the process of publicizing the standards problem.
