目的 探讨术中快速冰冻切片在乳腺病变病理诊断的临床意义及应用.方法 回顾分析东台市人民医院2006-01-2010-12 285例乳腺病变手术中快速冰冻切片的病理资料.结果 285例乳腺病变冰冻切片,确诊病例为277例(97.19%),延迟诊断病例为7例(2.46%),误诊1例(0.35%该例为假阴性病例),无假阳性病例.285例确诊病例中,良恶性病变之比为1∶2.56.良性病变为79例(27.72%);其中非肿瘤性病变27例(9.47%);恶性肿瘤186例(65.26%).结论 术中快速冰冻切片病理诊断快速实用,且准确率较高,是乳腺恶性肿瘤切除术中一种常规的检查方法.
