在分析《果蔬贮运学》现行实验课教学存在问题的基础上,提出了如下改进措施:1.密切与生产实际相结合,不断完善改进实验内容;2.学生参与实验内容的安排设计,激发其主动学习的热情;3.同一参数连续多次测定,加深对果蔬采后生理、病理及环境条件变化的全面理解;4.独立完成全部实验内容,强化学生的动手能力;5.按研究论文格式撰写实验报告,培养学生的科研文章写作能力;6.实验内容与教师的科研课题紧密结合,以弥补实验经费的不足;7.实验成绩与期终总成绩挂钩,对学生的能力进行综合评定。
On the basis of analyzing the existing teaching problems in the present experimental teaching of Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Transportation, the following improvements are proposed: 1.
