在分析《果蔬贮运学》现行实验课教学存在问题的基础上，提出了如下改进措施：１．密切与生产实际相结合，不断完善改进实验内容；２．学生参与实验内容的安排设计，激发其主动学习的热情；３．同一参数连续多次测定，加深对果蔬采后生理、病理及环境条件变化的全面理解；４．独立完成全部实验内容，强化学生的动手能力；５．按研究论文格式撰写实验报告，培养学生的科研文章写作能力；６．实验内容与教师的科研课题紧密结合，以弥补实验经费的不足；７．实验成绩与期终总成绩挂钩，对学生的能力进行综合评定。
On the basis of analyzing the existing teaching problems in the present experimental teaching of Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Transportation, the following improvements are proposed: 1.
