通过研究无底柱分段崩落法矿岩移动规律,比较分析影响矿石回收率的若干因素,指出优化放矿步距的重要性和有效性。结合程潮铁矿实际情况,应用PFC3D颗粒流软件,针对不同放矿步距参数,进行放矿数值模拟,并进行综合比较,得到现行采场结构参数下的最优放矿步距为3 m的结论。
By studying the law of ore movement in the subsea subsidence caving method and analyzing the factors affecting the ore recovery rate, the importance and effectiveness of optimizing ore caving step are pointed out. Combined with the actual situation of Chengchao Iron Mine, PFC3D particle flow software was used to simulate the different ore step parameters and carry out the comprehensive comparison to get the conclusion that the optimal mining step distance is 3 m under the existing structural parameters of stope. .
