4月29日,十三届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议表决通过了反食品浪费法,自公布之日起施行.这意味着,厉行节约、反对浪费不再仅仅是倡导和号召,而是已经成为生效的法律条文,防止食品浪费从此有法可依.rn反食品浪费法共32条,分别对反食品浪费的原则和要求、政府及部门职责、各类主体责任、激励和约束措施、法律责任等作出规定.rn食品浪费表现形式多样,时常反复,需要采取有效措施.对此,反食品浪费法着眼建立长效机制,明确提出建立工作机制、公开机制、监督机制、激励机制、共治机制,持续不断深入推进反食品浪费工作,推动在全社会形成良好风尚.
