DQ3025堆取料机上的732型轴向柱塞泵,在使用期间出现泵体振动厉害、噪声异常、输出压力急骤降低的现象。经拆剖检查,发现与柱塞组滑动接触的配流盘表面有明显的拉伤痕迹。现将对这台柱塞泵的磨损及其修复状况介绍如下。磨损部位及其影响磨损严重的部位是配流端面和边界密封面。在中心配油区域的滑动接触面上,发现金属表面局部发蓝(金属直接摩擦产生高温引起)。边界密封接触面上出现宽约2mm、深0.15mm 的环形波纹。配流端面即配流窗口与柱塞缸的滑动

After disassembly inspection, it was found that there was obvious signs of strain on the surface of the valve plate in sliding contact with the plunger group.
