ＡＴＭＮＩＣ（网络接口卡）是计算机与ＡＴＭ网络进行交互所必需的网络接口设备，该文就ＡＴＭＮＩＣ基本的软、硬件设计思路及功能进行了较为详细的论述，并根据笔者的开发实践，介绍了一种ＡＴＭＮＩＣ的设计方案。
