近年来,四川省各地在推行公共企事业单位办事公开方面,切实加强组织领导,建立健全工作机制,办事公开内容程序日益规范,载体平台日趋丰富,公众参与日趋广泛,有效地保障了公众的合法权益,促进了政府职能转变,为营造良好环境,推动经济社会发展发挥了积极作用。但办事公开工作在提高认识高度、群众满意度和监督制约等方面仍有待加强。深入推行公共企事业单位办事公开,必须在有序推进、注重实效和建立长效机制等方面下功夫。
