1 制动跑偏一辆个体东风汽车,据驾驶员讲,制动跑偏相当严重,曾送修理厂修过,但无法解决。经我随车检验,证实制动时向右跑偏严重,同时还发现有时先向左、后向右的不规则跑偏现象。根据我以往的经验,制动跑偏多数原因是制动蹄片有油、老化、间隙太大、工作面不符合要求以及制动气室皮碗老化等。拆开检查,发现以上原因均不存在。再进一步检查发现,由于多次更换制动气室皮碗,把左边制动管在大梁接头处的“T”型接头扳松了,同时把里面的制动软管弄弯了,致使制动时制动气室进气不足,造成制动跑偏。为什么有时会产生先向左、后向右的不规则跑偏呢?检
