房地产业自2000年以来始终是我国人民所关注的重大问题之一,在经历过房价持续走高之后,我们更应该仔细了解房地产企业的工作方式。本文从经济学的角度分析了房地产企业的融资渠道以及房地产企业融资过程中存在的问题。在文章结尾,作者还结合国家的调控政策对我国房地产业的宏观经济环境进行了总结。
Since 2000, the real estate industry has always been one of the major issues of concern to the people in our country. After experiencing rising house prices, we should carefully understand the working methods of real estate enterprises. This article analyzes the financing channels of real estate enterprises and the problems existing in the financing process of real estate enterprises from the economic point of view. At the end of the article, the author also summarizes the macroeconomic environment of China’s real estate industry in combination with the state’s regulatory policies.
