目的:探讨实时组织弹性成像(RTE)联合超声造影(CEUS)技术对乳腺微小肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:选取78例已通过手术及病理确诊且肿块最大径线<1 cm的乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,对其RTE及CEUS资料进行回顾性分析。结果:RTE检查结果与病理结果相符65例,准确率为85.5%,灵敏度为86.2%,特异度为83.6%;CEUS检查结果与病理结果相符69例,准确率为90.7%,灵敏度为91.3%,特异度为89.7%;RTE联合CEUS检查结果与病理结果相符72例,准确率为94.7%,灵敏度为95.5%,特异度为90.2%。结论:RTE及CEUS技术联合应用对乳腺微小肿瘤的良恶性诊断具有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of real-time tissue elastography (RTE) combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in the diagnosis of minimally invasive breast neoplasm. Methods: Totally 78 breast cancer patients who had been surgically and pathologically diagnosed and whose maximal diameter of tumor line was less than 1 cm were selected as the research object. The RTE and CEUS data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The results of RTE were consistent with the pathological findings in 65 cases, the accuracy was 85.5%, the sensitivity was 86.2% and the specificity was 83.6%. The CEUS results were consistent with the pathological findings in 69 cases, the accuracy was 90.7% and the sensitivity was 91.3% The specificity was 89.7%. The results of RTE combined with CEUS were consistent with the pathological findings in 72 cases, with an accuracy of 94.7%, a sensitivity of 95.5% and a specificity of 90.2%. Conclusion: The combined application of RTE and CEUS is of great value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.
