目的观察芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法随机将62例DPN患者分成观察组和对照组,观察组给予芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤加减及西医治疗,对照组给予单纯西医治疗,研究2组病情变化情况。结果观察组用药后的临床总治愈率为96.8%,高于对照组的83.9%,运动神经、感觉神经等各项指标水平改善优于对照组。结论芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有显著疗效,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of peony licorice soup combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 62 cases of DPN patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given peony licorice soup combined with Taohongsiwu Decoction and western medicine treatment. The control group was treated with western medicine only. The changes of the two groups were studied. Results The total clinical cure rate of observation group was 96.8%, higher than that of control group 83.9%. Motor nerve, sensory nerve and other indexes improved better than control group. Conclusion Peony licorice soup combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a significant effect, it is worth promoting.
