Abroad, the trademark of intellectual property has long been regarded as an important part of the wealth created by mankind, what we call intangible assets. Especially an international brand name, is the meaning of a huge wealth has long been the world’s attention. As early as 1967, the value of Delaware’s “Coca-Cola” trademark had reached 3 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for one-fourth of the company’s property. For a long time, Chinese enterprises have a weak awareness of trademark. As a result, many Chinese enterprises export their own branded products because of their trademark infringement and suffer huge losses, resulting in heavy economic losses. In addition to “Tsingtao Brewery” being registered in the United States, there are “bamboo leaf green” being registered in South Korea, “Dukang” being registered in Japan, “Phoenix” and “Butterfly” in Indonesia
