饲料中添加复方中草药对刺参免疫的影响

将以黄芪为主药并加入另外5味中草药所配伍的复方中草药粉碎制剂,以质量分数分别为1%、2%、3%和4%的剂量添加于基础饲料中,连续投喂刺参24 d,以基础饲料饲喂组为对照。于投喂后第7天、第10天、第14天、第18天和第24天测酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明:投喂后24 d内,各试验组ACP、NOS与SOD活性均随时间延长先升高后降低,AKP活性随时间延长而升高。2%复方中草药组的ACP活性在投喂后第14天活性最高,值为2.91 U/100 mL;SOD活性在投喂后第18天最高,值为137.08 U/mL;投喂后第24天时AKP活性最高,为3.05金氏单位/100 mL。与对照组具有显著性差异;1%复方中草药组的NOS活性在投喂后第18天最高,值为10.76 U/mL,与对照组具有显著性差异。研究结果表明:饲料中添加复方中草药能提高刺参免疫,建议其适宜添加量为2%复方中草药。 Astragalus will be the main drug and add another 5 herbs Chinese herbal medicine compatibility of the compound Chinese herbal medicine crushing agent, the mass fraction of 1%, 2%, 3% and 4% of the dose added to the basic feed, continuous feeding of sea cucumber 24 d, fed with basal diet as control. The results showed that adding compound herbs to the feed could improve the immunity of the sea cucumber, and it is suggested that the suitable dosage should be 2% compound Chinese herbal medicine.
