我们的教学观经历了从知识本位到智力本位再到人本位的变化。人本位观对教学活动的开展有着较大的影响力,人们意识到能力、个性乃至完整的人才是教学培养目标,教学内容应该科学与人文并举,教学方法应不仅仅满足于激发思考,让学生学会学习,而且还应让学生学会创造,并完善人格。笔者在教学中尝试培养学生创新意识和创新能力,这正顺应了教学本身发展的趋势。
Our teaching concept has undergone changes from knowledge-based to intellectual-based and human-based. The concept of human orientation has a great influence on the development of teaching activities. People realize that ability, individuality and even complete human resources are teaching and training objectives. Teaching content should be both scientific and humanistic.
