采用聚合物配位法在不同合成条件下制备了系列CuAl_2O_4纳米粉体。通过XRD、TEM研究了不同柠檬酸/乙醇螯合物原子比、煅烧温度、煅烧时问等对尖晶石型CuAl_2O_4纳米颗粒的结材、形状与大小的影响。结果表叫,当柠檬酸和乙二醇原子比为1 4和1:5时,纳米晶的颗粒形貌分别为纳米棒和纳米球,并且着煅烧温度和煅烧时间的增加,尺寸逐渐增加,其光催化活性亦随着纳米颗粒的形貌和尺寸的变化而变化。
A series of CuAl 2 O 4 nano-powders were prepared by using polymer coordination method under different synthesis conditions. The effects of different citric acid / ethanol chelate atomic ratio, calcination temperature and calcination time on the structure, shape and size of spinel CuAl 2 O 4 nanoparticles were investigated by XRD and TEM. The results are as follows: when the atomic ratio of citric acid to ethylene glycol is 14 and 1: 5, the morphology of the nanocrystals are nanorods and nanospheres, respectively, and the calcination temperature and the calcination time increase with the increase of the size. Its photocatalytic activity also changes with the morphology and size of the nanoparticles.
