稻田皮炎是吉林省水田社队的一种常见病,多发病,也是水田社队的一种职业病。在6—7月拔草季节,发病于上、下肢(图1),奇痒难忍,有的并发感染或形成溃烂。严重地危害着广大劳动人民的身体健康,影响“抓革命,促生产,促工作,促战备”。遵照毛主席关于“把医疗卫生工作的重点放到农村去”的教导及“预防为主”的方针,我们从1972年至1975年深入农村调查研究,证实吉林省集安、延吉二县两个公社稻田皮炎病因主要是家鸭毛毕吸虫(Trichobilharzia)的尾蚴(刘忠,1975和未发表
