斜齿轮螺旋角的测量方法多种多样,但有的方法不十分准确,对齿轮的精度和强度有很大影响。我们根据多年的工作经验,总结出一套测量与计算结合的测算方法,测算步骤如下。 1.确定法向模数m_n和法向齿形角α_R p_(bn)=πm_ncosα_n=W_(k+1)-W_k式中p_(bn)——法向基节 W_(k+1)——跨(κ+1)个齿测得的公法线长度 W_k——跨κ个齿测得的公法线长度 2.粗定分度圆柱螺旋角β sinβ=(m_nz/d_a)tgβ_a式中 z——齿轮齿数 d_a——齿顶圆直径β_a——齿顶圆螺旋角、用滚印法测得 3.确定跨齿数k tgα_t=tgα_n/cosβ
