社会组织的出现是调节政府与公民之间利益冲突的桥梁,同时也是对我国公共服务有效开展的补充。创新社会组织机制提升公共服务水平,缓解社会矛盾,促进社会公平与正义。本文以德阳市为例,探索社会组织的发展状况以及机制的创新,有利于促进政府对社会组织在政策与资源上的指导与支持,加强社会组织参与公共服务,自我探索与借鉴学习相结合,引进来与走出去相结合以及自律与他律相结合,更加有效地提升公共服务水平。
The emergence of social organizations is a bridge that regulates the conflicts of interest between the government and citizens, and at the same time, complements the effective implementation of public services in our country. Innovate social organization mechanisms to improve public services, ease social conflicts and promote social fairness and justice.
