根据我会驻呼常务理事二月十四日会议决定和二月廿日至廿三日中国煤经会在北京召开的常务理事扩大会议精神,并请示煤炭厅宋厅长同意.内蒙古煤炭经济研究会一九八六年学术讨论会定于七月下旬在呼和浩特市召开,同时召开第二届代表会议,提前选举产生第二届理事和新的领导机构,(会议具体日期另行通知),现将会议有关事宜通知如下:
According to the decision of the standing executive meeting on February 14 and the executive director of the China Coal Economic Society held in Beijing from February 20 to February 23, the spirit of the meeting will be extended and President Song of the Coal Office will be invited to give his consent. The second congress will be held at the same time to elect the second director and the new governing body in advance. (The exact date of the meeting will be announced separately.) The relevant notice of the meeting is as follows:
