地域文化对中小学教师教学行为的影响——基于宁夏固原地区和银川地区的调查

教学行为是教师在教学过程中,在教学准备、教学实施和教学反思活动中表现出来的一系列行为方式的综合体,是受一定教育思想、文化观念所影响的、基于特定教学情境的文化行为。研究表明:宁夏固原地区和银川地区中小学教师各维度教学行为得分均值存在差异性,二者在不同地域文化背景下中小学教师的教学组织行为、教学管理行为、教学呈示行为、教学指导行为和教学反思行为存在极其显著性差异,教学准备行为和教学评价行为不存在显著性差异。 Teaching behavior is a combination of a series of behaviors that teachers show in teaching process, teaching preparation, teaching implementation and teaching reflection. They are influenced by certain educational thoughts and cultural concepts, and cultural behaviors based on specific teaching situations . The results show that there are differences in the average scores of teaching behaviors among primary and middle school teachers in Guyuan district and Yinchuan district in Ningxia. Both of them have significant differences in teaching organization behavior, teaching management behavior, teaching presentation behavior, teaching guidance and behavior in different regions and cultures Teaching reflection behavior is extremely significant difference, teaching preparation behavior and teaching evaluation behavior there is no significant difference.
