疱疹性口炎,临床上多见于6岁以下儿童,尤其是6个月至2岁的婴幼儿。目前对本病治疗方法主要是全身支持疗法,口服维生素族药物及广谱抗菌素,局部消炎防腐治疗。本人自1984年以来应用自制碘甘油五倍子糊剂治疗疱疹性口炎;收到明显效果,现将方法介绍如下,供同道参考。一、碘甘油五倍子糊剂的制作取五倍子2克,于瓦片上焙烧后,研成粉沫,用适量碘甘油调至糊状即可。二、治疗方法 3％双氧水清洗溃疡面,取适量上述糊剂均匀涂布于创面。三、病例资料本人自1984年以来应用此法治疡婴幼儿疱疹性口炎32例,其中年龄最大8岁,最小4个月。溃疡面最大0.6×0.3cm~2,最小如针尖大,单个或成簇 Herpetic stomatitis, clinically more common in children under 6 years of age, especially 6 months to 2 years old infants.
