Objective To establish a decision analysis model to evaluate the effect of conventional mammography after TRAM flap reconstruction by retrospective cohort study to determine the recall rate and tumor detection rate. Methods This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board and the method was in compliance with the HIPAA regulations. Retrospective
