佛手幼果发育过程中,可溶性蛋白质含量随幼果发育略有提高,升花后5~25d由5.641mg·g-1鲜重(FW)增至8.076mg·g-1FW。吲哚乙酸IAA含量在开花后5~10d由43.37μg·g-1干重(DW)升至74.40μg·g-1DW,然后急剧下降,至开花后第25d降至13.50μg·g-1DW。IAA氧化酶活性,在开花后10~25d由2.72μg·h-1mL-1酶液升至11.17μg·h-1·mL-1酶液。佛手幼果发育过程中,IAA氧化酶活性升高,引起IAA含量下降,蛋白质等养分积累减少,可能是佛手早期落果的生理原因之一。
During the development of young berry, the content of soluble protein increased slightly from 5.641mg · g-1 fresh weight (FW) to 8.076mg · g-1FW after 5 ~ 25d after ascending flowering. The IAA content of indole acetic acid increased from 43.37μg · g-1 dry weight (DW) to 74.40μg · g-1DW from 5 to 10 days after anthesis, then dropped sharply to drop to 13.50μg · g -1DW. IAA oxidase activity increased from 2.72μg · h-1mL-1 enzyme to 11.17μg · h-1 · mL-1 enzyme from 10 to 25 days after flowering. During the development of bergamot young fruit, the activity of IAA oxidase increased, which led to the decrease of IAA content and the decrease of protein and other nutrients accumulation, which may be one of the physiological reasons for early berry deciduous fruit development.
