目的观察杂色曲霉素(ST)对外侧隐窝处室管膜细胞、神经元、神经纤维和血管内皮细胞的影响。方法BALB/c小鼠,ST单次灌胃,分别于灌胃后1、2、4、81、6 h处死动物,用透射电镜观察外侧隐窝室管膜细胞、神经元、神经纤维和血管内皮细胞的结构变化。结果ST灌胃后1 h血管内皮细胞吞饮囊泡开始增多,2 h组室管膜细胞的顶浆分泌增多,部分神经髓鞘变性;4 h和8 h组神经纤维广泛变性,神经元线粒体变性、核切迹和空泡出现;16 h组神经元胞浆内线粒体变性更加明显,并出现脂褐素。结论单次灌胃后,ST即可引起外侧隐窝处室管膜细胞、神经纤维、神经元和内皮细胞的改变,但ST主要是对神经纤维和神经元的损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of streptozotocin (ST) on ependymal cells, neurons, nerve fibers and vascular endothelial cells in lateral recess. Methods BALB / c mice and ST were given intragastrically for one time. The animals were sacrificed at 1, 2, 4, 8 and 6 h after gavage, and the outer crypt ependymal cells, neurons, nerve fibers and blood vessels were observed by transmission electron microscope Structural changes of endothelial cells. Results After intratracheal instillation of ST 1 h, the endocytotic vesicles began to increase, and the apical secretion of ependymal cells increased and some of the myelin sheath degenerated in 2 h group. The nerve fibers were extensively degenerated at 4 h and 8 h, and the number of neuronal mitochondria Degeneration, nuclear notch and vacuole appear; mitochondrial degeneration of neuronal cytoplasm in 16 h group more obvious, and the appearance of lipofuscin. Conclusion ST can induce changes of ependymal cells, nerve fibers, neurons and endothelial cells in the lateral crypts after a single gavage, but ST mainly damages nerve fibers and neurons.
