西安晶城秀府销售中心位于西安市丈八东路,建筑用地面积679平方米,是陕西天宝物业投资有限公司开发的大型住宅项目中的销售中心。售楼处总建筑面积977平方米,建筑高度12米,地上二层,钢架结构,其设计风格巧妙地结合了现代主义和中国传统建筑元素,形成了一处独特的标志性建筑。售楼处平面布局利用了场地南北短、东西长的特点,将主入口设于用地东侧,使客户人流由东向西自然形成一条明确的参观轴线。在通向建筑主体的道路两侧有序的排列着高耸笔直的树木,在视觉上形成一种“仪式
Xi’an Crystal City Xiufu sales center is located in Xi’an Zhang Ba Road, building land area of 679 square meters, Shaanxi Tianbao Property Investment Co., Ltd. developed large-scale residential projects in the sales center. The sales office with a total construction area of 977 square meters, a building height of 12 meters, the ground floor, steel structure, the design style cleverly combines modernism and traditional Chinese architectural elements, forming a unique landmark. The sales office flat layout takes advantage of the short north-south and east-west features of the venue. The main entrance is located on the east side of the site, making the flow of customers naturally form a clear axis of visit from east to west.
