教育心理学研究表明:对一个人的成长和成才发生影响作用的心理因素主要有智力和非智力因素两大类,后者即是通常所说的情感性因素。它属于一种动力性系统,尤其在学校教育的学生活动中往往能够起着定向、引导、维持和强化的巨大作用。由此可见,良好的非智力品质是提高能动性和创造力的必要条件。因此,在职高信息技术课程教学过程中,不可忽视或者轻视对学生进行良好行为习惯、优秀个性心理品质的教育和培养,要本着“终身发展”的战略规划,在重视对学生智力开发的过程中,高度重视培养学生的非智力品质,积极而科学地开发他们的身心潜质,使他们的个性化特征能够得以充分和谐地发展。
Educational psychology studies have shown that: psychological factors that have an impact on a person’s growth and success are mainly two categories of intellectual and non-intellectual factors, which are commonly referred to as affective factors.
