人物小档案:周志荣,著名地产策划、营销、顾问专家。1989年创立经纬物业顾问行;1992年开始策划首个国内房地产项目在香港销售;1993年亲自策划广州荔湾广场的销售,创下一年时间销售逾20亿的销售记录;1994年任经纬物业顾问行总经理;1998年辞去经纬物业顾问总经理一职,主力策划广州中华广场;2001年至今,加盟北京海晟地产任副总经理,主管海晟名苑的总体策划及销售。
Profile: Zhou Zhirong, famous real estate planning, marketing, consultants. In 1989 the establishment of Jingwei property consultant line; 1992 began planning the first domestic real estate projects in Hong Kong sales; in 1993 personally planning Guangzhou Liwan Square sales, setting a year sales of more than 2 billion sales record; 1994 Jing Wei Property Consultants General manager; resigned as general manager of Jingwei property consultant in 1998, the main planning Guangzhou Zhonghua Square; since 2001, joined the Beijing Haisheng real estate as deputy general manager, in charge of the overall plan and sales Haisheng Ming Court.
