评估了瑞典国家生态循环浆厂研究项目中的沉析木素工艺对浆厂经济和能源的影响。比较了4家漂白硫酸盐浆厂的蒸汽需求量以及多种形式的剩余热量用于沉析木素的结果。结果表明,如果浆厂产生的剩余热量是以木素的形式输出,就应去除黑液中37%~50%的木素。沉析木素过程中功率平衡变化十分显著,某些情况下甚至会导致浆厂的动力不足。采用沉析木素工艺会导致蒸发过程中新鲜蒸汽需求量增加,但可降低碱回收锅炉负荷。从能源方面考虑,在浆厂采用沉析木素工艺是合理可行的。按目前生物质燃料价格推算,只有木素售价高于树皮售价时,沉析木素工艺从经济上才具有吸引力。
The impact of the deposition of the lignin process on the economy and energy of the pulp mill was evaluated at the Swedish Eco-Circulation Mill project. Four bleached kraft pulping plants were compared for steam demand and various forms of residual heat for resolving lignin. The results show that 37% ~ 50% of lignin should be removed from the black liquor if the residual heat produced by the mill is output as lignin. The changes in the power balance during the precipitation of lignin are significant and in some cases can even lead to a lack of motivation in the pulp mill. The use of the crumb lignin process will result in increased demand for fresh steam during the evaporation process, but may reduce the boiler load on the alkali recovery boiler. From the energy point of view, it is reasonable and feasible to apply the hemicellulose process in pulp mills. According to the current biomass fuel price projections, only lignin prices higher than the bark price, the deposition of lignin process is economically attractive.
