The results showed that the frequency distribution test showed a negative binomial distribution, the aggregation index and the Taylor power law were determined as the aggregated distribution, and the linear regression of Iwao revealed that the female adults of P. mori were the most common (Negative binomial distribution). Based on this, the theoretical sampling number formula of field survey is obtained: N = t2D2 (17768m + 04041), which describes the model of sequential sampling of Kuno population: Tn = 17768 (D2-04041n ).
