拼音是识字和学习普通话的重要工具。随着语文教学改革的深入,“注音识字,提前读写”实验的成功,汉语拼音的作用已由原来的双功能变为多功能,成为识字,阅读、写作、学习普通话的重要工具。这一改革为语文教学适应四个现代化建设的需要闯出了一条新路。学好汉语拼音,努力提高双语拼音教学质量已引起更多的人的关注。但由于片面追求升学率的影响,拼音一直不被重视,加之我区整个小学教师队伍中有近半数没有受过专门训练,大纲中对拼音教学的规定也较笼统(也不可能十分具体),学校排课又以“小循环”。“中循环”为主,造成教师对教材中有关拼音的要求缺乏系统的了解,我在听课中发现,不少教师对拼音教学要领不掌握,最基本的如:“韵母定调”,“三拼连读法”、标调规律等还常出现错误。为了使学生扎扎实实掌握这部分知识,下面谈谈小学阶段汉语拼音教学的要求及几点建议。

However, due to the one-sided pursuit of the effect of the rate of enrollment, Pinyin has not been taken seriously. In addition, almost half of the entire primary school teachers in our region have not been specially trained. The teaching of Pinyin in the outline is also more general (and may not be very specific) Course again to “small cycle.” “In the cycle”, resulting in teachers of the teaching material on the requirements of Pinyin lack of systematic understanding, I found in the lectures, many teachers do not master the essentials of pinyin teaching, the most basic such as: “vowel tone”, “three Pinyin reading method ”, the law of regularity and so on often appear wrong. In order to enable students to have a solid grasp of this part of the knowledge, let me talk about the requirements and suggestions for teaching Pinyin at primary school level.
