一叶萩硷是自大戟科植物一叶萩〔Securinega Suffruticosa(Pall.)Reha〕中分离出的一种生物硷,临床试用结果表明对小儿麻痹后遗症及面神经麻痹较好疗效。它的化学结构式已经确定。含量测定有旋光度测定法、紫外分光光度法及比色法等方法。由于此生物硷的分子上具有极谱还原活性的共轭双键基团,我们估计在适宜的条件下用极谱法测定其含量是可能的,因此对它的极谱行为进行研究,希望能找出一个分析一叶萩中一叶萩硷的快速的方法。实验部分仪器和药品本实验所用极谱仪为匈牙利OrionKTS7-77-4/b型笔录式极谱仪。电解池为容积约30毫升Heyrovsky型。参考电
