目的初步探讨经食管超声引导下封堵左心耳对预防房颤患者中风的临床意义。方法利用经食管超声观察左心耳形态、功能、测量左心耳大小。在TEE引导下经皮左心耳封堵,选用美国波士顿Watchman封堵伞。结果 2例住院心房颤动患者,成功植入Watchman封堵伞,分别选用的直径为24、27mm封堵器至左心耳根部,其位置正常,无残余分流。结论超声引导下经皮左心耳封堵术将成为预防房颤患者卒中治疗的新趋势。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of transthoracic echocardiography in the prevention of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods The morphology and function of left atrial appendage were observed by transesophageal echocardiography. The size of left atrial appendage was measured. Under the guidance of TEE percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion, the United States selected Boston Watchman blocking umbrella. Results Two cases of hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation were successfully implanted with Watchman occluder. The diameters of 24 and 27 mm occluders were applied to the root of the left atrial appendage with normal position without residual shunt. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous closure of the left atrial appendage will be a new trend in the prevention of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation.
