目的 :研究中药当归对实验性大鼠肝纤维化的防治作用。方法 :采用 40 %四氯化碳 (CCl4)诱导的大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,观察当归对肝脏组织病理学、血清Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )及血清转氨酶的影响。结果 :当归组PCⅢ及血清转氨酶水平显著低于模型组 ,两组间差异显著 ;当归组肝纤维化程度较模型组亦明显减轻。结论 :当归对实验性大鼠肝纤维化有防治作用
Objective: To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Angelica sinensis on liver fibrosis in rats. METHODS: The rat liver fibrosis model induced by 40% carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) was used to observe the effects of angelica on liver histopathology, serum type III procollagen (PCIII) and serum transaminases. Results: The levels of serum PC III and transaminase in the angelica group were significantly lower than those in the model group. There was a significant difference between the two groups. The degree of liver fibrosis in the angelica group was also significantly reduced compared with the model group. Conclusion : Angelica can prevent and treat experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats
