目的:评价我院第二类精神药品的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对我院2007～2009年第二类精神药品的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:我院第二类精神药品的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)呈逐年上升趋势,限定日费用(DDC)在0.07～25.09之间,有升有降,用药同步性逐渐好转。结论:我院第二类精神药品应用结构稳定,部分品种应用有下降趋势。药物的安全性、有效性和经济性是选择用药的重要因素。
Objective: To evaluate the application of the second psychoactive drugs in our hospital and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The retrospective analysis method was used to analyze and analyze the sales amount, DDDs and DDC of the second psychotropic drugs in our hospital from 2007 to 2009. Results: The sales amount and medication frequency (DDDs) of the second category of psychotropic drugs in our hospital increased year by year with DDC between 0.07 and 25.09, rising and falling gradually, and the medication synchronization improved gradually. Conclusion: The application structure of the second psychotropic drugs in our hospital is stable, and some varieties have a declining trend. Drug safety, effectiveness and economy are important factors in the choice of medication.
