叙述一种带移动反射器的耿氏二极管振荡器的特性,研究了振荡器工作的两种情况:1)振荡器用作自激混频器,2)负载变化检波器。借助于耿氏二极管振荡器的动态电流——电压特性的简化模型实现了一些分析,亦完成了一些实验。对于情况1,注入到振荡器的外部信号代替了反射器的反射信号,对于情况2,研究了在振荡频率上和在直流上移动反射器所产生的各种效应,在情况1中,在分析和实验上都已得到了大于20db的变频增益。在情况2中,已经指出,直流电流和振荡频率随着反射系数的相位成正弦变化。在上述两种情况中,我们均可以通过振荡器的偏压端得到有关移动的反射器的情况。
The characteristics of a Gunn diode oscillator with a moving reflector are described. Two cases of oscillator operation are studied: 1) the oscillator acts as a self-excited mixer, and 2) the load change detector. With the aid of a simplified model of the dynamic current-voltage characteristic of the Gunn diode oscillator, some analyzes were done and some experiments were completed. For Case 1, the external signal injected into the oscillator replaces the reflected signal of the reflector. For Case 2, various effects arising from the movement of the reflector both at the oscillation frequency and at the DC current are investigated. In Case 1, And experiments have been more than 20db frequency conversion gain. In Case 2, it has been pointed out that the direct current and the oscillation frequency vary sinusoidally with the phase of the reflection coefficient. In either case, we can get the information about the moving reflector through the bias side of the oscillator.
