公正与效率是二十一世纪人民法院的主题,北京市高级人民法院近几年不断利用高科技手段,增强审判工作中的科技含量,逐步建成了算机、交换机、无线集群等现代化信息通信网络。在完成上述通信网络的基础上,北京市高级人民法院又利用电视会议——通信和计算机技术密切结合的多媒体通信技术,建成了覆盖全市三个中级法院以及18个区、县法院的电视会议系统。
Justice and efficiency are the themes of the people’s courts in the 21st century. In recent years, the Beijing Municipal Higher People’s Court has continuously used high-tech means to enhance the scientific and technological content of the trial and gradually built up modern information and communication networks such as computers, switches and wireless clusters . On the basis of completing the above communication network, Beijing Municipal Higher People’s Court has also established a video conferencing system that covers the city’s three intermediate courts and 18 district and county courts through the use of videoconferencing - a multimedia communications technology closely integrated with computer technology. .
