目的通过对唐山市2 124例中老年人的体检结果进行分析,了解唐山市中老年人的健康现状,为进一步提供有针对性健康体检项目及健康教育工作提供依据。方法对唐山市2 124例35岁及以上中老年人进行体格检查,体检项目主要为血压、心电图、胸部正位片、甲状腺彩超、肝胆彩超、血糖、肝功、肾功、血红蛋白、血脂等。结果异常检出率居前十位是:高血压(48%)、脂肪肝(44.7%)、肾功异常(44.3%)、肝功异常(42.2%)、甲状腺彩超异常(37.2)、高甘油三酯血症(35.3%)、胸部X线异常(26.1%)、高胆固醇血症(25.5%)、低血红蛋白(20.8%)、高血糖(17.2%)。不同性别除高血糖异常结果的检出无统计学意义外,其他异常结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄段主要异常结果检出率差异分析结果显示,不同年龄段主要异常结果的检出差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同性别主要异常结果异常检出率差异分析结果显示,除血糖性别无差异外,肾功、甲状腺彩超、血红蛋白异常及高胆固醇血症女性检出率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他异常结果的检出情况男性检出率要高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄段异常结果检出差异均有统计学意义。
Objective To analyze the physical examination results of 2 124 middle-aged and old people in Tangshan City to understand the health status of middle-aged and elderly people in Tangshan City, and to provide basis for further providing targeted health examination items and health education work. Methods The physical examination was performed on 2 124 elderly people aged 35 and over in Tangshan City. The physical examination items mainly included blood pressure, electrocardiogram, chest anteroposterior radiography, thyroid ultrasonography, hepatobiliary color Doppler ultrasound, blood glucose, liver function, renal function, hemoglobin and blood lipid. Results The top 10 abnormalities were hypertension (48%), fatty liver (44.7%), abnormal kidney function (44.3%), abnormal liver function (42.2%), abnormal thyroid color (37.2), high glycerol (35.3%), chest X-ray abnormalities (26.1%), hypercholesterolemia (25.5%), low hemoglobin (20.8%) and hyperglycemia (17.2%). The results of abnormalities in different genders except for the detection of abnormal hyperglycemia were not statistically significant (P <0.05). The analysis of the differences in the detection rates of major abnormalities in different age groups showed that the main abnormalities in different age groups The detection differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The results of the analysis of the abnormality detection rates of the main abnormal results in different sexes showed that the detection rate of renal function, thyroid color Doppler ultrasound, hemoglobin abnormality and hypercholesterolemia were higher than those of men (P <0.05). The detection rate of other abnormal results was higher in males than in females (P <0.05). The differences of abnormal results in different age groups were statistically significant.
