我国利用外资质量不高 ,主要表现为数量型、国有企业受外资巨大冲击、利用外资的领域和地区不均衡、对引进的技术消化吸收和创新的力度不够。作者对如何提高我国利用外资的质量提出了六点政策建议。
The quality of foreign investment in our country is not high, mainly in the form of quantity. The state-owned enterprises have been greatly challenged by foreign capital. The areas and regions where foreign investment is exploited are not balanced, and the technology import, absorption and innovation are not enough. The author puts forward six suggestions on how to improve the quality of foreign capital utilization in our country.
